NVision’s niche industry knowledge comes from many years of designing and building churches, appraising churches, and buying, selling and leasing churches. By using biblical principles, NVision has created and industry inside of an industry; Church Tenant Management. By providing a church landlord the ability to be a better steward of the resource they have, real estate, and meeting the need of the tenant being a good steward of the resource they have, need for a lease and the money to rent, NVision has created a Space & Time Lease© by leasing space and time not used to compatible ministries.
NVision then manages the Lessee and Lessor for the term under a NVision Lease & Management Contract with the Lessor.
