By providing a church landlord the ability to be a better steward of the resource they have, real estate, and meeting the need of the tenant being a good steward of the resource they have, need for a lease and the money to rent, NVision has created a Space & Time Lease© by leasing space and time not used to compatible ministries.
NVision then manages the Lessee and Lessor for the term under a NVision Lease & Management Contract with the Lessor.
